We want you to love every piece from Nene's Boutique! If something isn't quite right, we've got you covered.
Returns for Store Credit We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
Exchanges We accept exchanges for a different size or an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Final Sale Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Accessories (jewelry, bags, shoes)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Discounted or sale items
Prepaid Return Label We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us!
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at nenesboutiquellc2327@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving your label
- Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days
