Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange.

We accept exchanges for:

• A different size of the same item
• An item of equal or lesser value

Exchange conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 7–10 days of delivery
• Items must be tried on but otherwise unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
• Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange
• Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid return label

How to request an exchange:

1. Email us at nenesboutiquellc2327@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your exchange
